We are delighted you would want to join our growing ISPN community!
Please be aware that ISPN membership runs on a calendar-year basis and expires on December 31 of the current year.
You may join ISPN in one of the following membership categories (select the one that applies to you):
Active Members
- Practicing pediatric neurosurgeons from high-income and upper-middle income countries according to the World Bank Classification.
- Online journal access ( 250 USD).

- Practicing pediatric neurosurgeons from low and lower-middle income countries according to the World Bank classification.
- Online journal access (100 USD).

Candidate Members
- Neurosurgeons in training and available for up to 5 years upon a signed Trainee Declaration Form provided
each year.
- Online journal access (without fee).

Associate Members
- Medically qualified personnel in other disciplines related to pediatric neurosurgery

Nursing and Allied Health Professional Members
- Neuroscience Nurses and Allied Professionals in Neurosurgery from high-income and upper-middle income countries according to the World Bank Classification.
- Online journal access (75 USD).

- Available for up to 5 years or for the study duration and upon a signed Proof of Status provided each year

ISPN also offer:
- Honorary Membership to individuals whose outstanding contribution to Pediatric Neurosurgery is recognized by the Executive Board
- Corresponding Membership to individuals whole devotion to Pediatric Neurosurgery is recognized by the Organization
- Senior Membership to Active and Associate Members who are above 70 years old and have been members for 10 consecutive years.
These membership categories are only available upon written request, which is to be submitted and approved by the ISPN Executive Board.

To complete your membership application, you will need to complete the online form and then pay for your membership using our secure online payment system.
All new members need to upload their CV and 2 letters/emails of reference, preferably by ISPN Members.
If you are applying as a Candidate Member, please be prepared to upload a completed and signed Trainee declaration form.
If you are applying as a Student Member, please be prepared to upload a completed and signed Proof of status from your
institution.
